The goal with our prep coaching program was to remove the barrier for you to get the 1-1 personalized diet & training plan with support and accountability you need to seriously get top class elite results.
Imagine a coach trying to provide the same diet & training plan which he followed during his own prep journey to all of his fitness clients. They all have different goal , different genetics, different needs and different lifestyles so I think you’ll agree , this would not allow them to get the best results. This is how most prep Coaching programs work.
But in our coaching, all coaching is done on a 1-1 basis. Every detail is personalized exactly to suit your body and lifestyle. This gives you far better results, way more accountability and will save you a ton of time.
HOW OUR PREP COACHING WORKS?
INITIAL DISCUSSION & BLOOD WORK
We will send you the questionnaire form and blood tests once you join, we will collect all the detail about your current lifestyle, past diet history, training experience, medical condition, food/training preferences based on the questionnaire form.
DIET PLAN
Completely customized nutrition plan according to your goal, lifestyle and nutrient deficiency . So you know how much to eat to reach your goals. We will highly take care of Better food choices to improve your gut health and brain function. This is an area most individuals fail at as they have no clear dieting strategy. Dieting is key to your Results so we will make sure everything is optimal. You will get the diet plans through our NATTY COACH APP.
SUPPLEMENT PLAN
Nutrients are really essential to our body to function well, We don’t blindly ask to take any supplements, we do take your blood work analysis and based on any nutrients deficiency we will suggest optimal supplement plans to maximize your muscle gain and fatloss progress.
TRAINING PLAN
Completely customized training plan according to your medical condition, lifestyle and goal. Which means you maximize the time you have for workout, getting the most bang for your buck and having a clear and periodization plan to increase your strength, energy levels and improve performance without wasting time. You’re confident when you train and you can progress as fast as possible. If you struggle with poor training plan, this will completely change that.
POSING GUIDANCE
Shredded condition and size alone won’t make you champion, In order to win the show , you need to showcase your physique with good posing. We provide posing for all categories for male/female with free of cost. You can join our free posing session to enhance your posing skills to showcase your physique more good on stage. Posing is the key. We highly focus on that for our athletes.
ACCOUNTABLITY
You will get our coach WhatsApp number and you can update your daily diet/training/steps/sleep and this will help you to stay consistent with your plan. Most people struggle to stay consistent and quit their fitness journey because they don’t have proper accountability partner to support in their good and hard times. Accountability and support are vital to your prep success and you will receive that in abundance when working with us.
PROGRESS CHECKIN
Every week you have to update your weight and measurements pictures to track your progress in our APP. This will ensure whether we are progressing or not.
MONTHLY 1-1 CALLS
On our monthly call ,Coach will review the targets we set on the last call and the progress you made, Set a clear plan of action for the next months, Also during the call Coach will try to educate you and will answer all your fitness related questions in layman term. That means you’ll always know exactly what you need to be doing, removing any confusion, doubt or overwhelm.

WHO DO WE WORK WITH?
Firstly, We don’t work with everyone. If We don’t feel we are the best person to help with your specific goal or you’re not who we are looking for on the program, We will let you know right away. No hard feelings!
Those who are willing to put in the work. If you think you’ll just sign up and magically you get results like never before, you’re not who we are looking for. we will give you all the plans and tools you need to make reach your fitness goals but you need to be willing to put everything into action. It won’t always be super easy but the results will be well worth it.
Transforming your body needs to be a 9 or 10 out of 10 importance. Our clients are not a pay check. The most rewarding and best thing a client can give me in order to grow my coaching and fulfilment is a result. And for that to happen, this needs to be a priority for you. If you can’t honestly say this is at least a 9/10 importance then please don’t apply.
