Hey, I am Shabari Krishnan. K.M Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition from ( IENS ) the Institute of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences & Practical Advanced Nutrition course from ( Natty Fitness Academy ).

 

ACHIEVEMENTS :

 

1. 1st place in Fit Couple (ICN GOA SUPER SHOW 2023)
2. 2nd place in Men's Physique (ICN BANGALORE 2022),
3. 2nd place in Street model (ICN BANGLORE 2022)
4. 2nd place Runway model (ICN GOA SUPER SHOW 2022).
5. 5th place in men's physique (MR. DECATHLON COIMBATORE enhanced show )

 

EXPERIENCE :

 

I'm an expert in fat loss, weight gain, natural bodybuilding, posing in all categories, PCOS, PCOD, diabetes, thyroid, and general fitness & with transformed over 45+ people, trained IFBB clients in posing side and  5 years well experience in this field.

 

Since childhood played numerous sports for the district & state teams. My journey in fitness started as a thin boy who was bullied by lots of people. I’m committed to helping people break through to a healthier, more confident version of themselves. My main motivation is to help each individual to become a fit in their lifestyle💯
