This is Venkat, a fitness enthusiast who had the hunger to become a bodybuilder from childhood and turned into one such athlete later started helping people with the knowledge he gained through the process.

 

I have completed a nutrition course (FITNAZZ) apart from that I've gained knowledge from various resources and also got practical knowledge since I work out every strategy with me first (since I'm an athlete too).

 

As an athlete: I have participated in India's biggest drug tested bodybuiliding show (ICN India) and have placed on top 5 in both (Men's physique and Fitness model) categories. 

 

As a coach: Transformed more than 15 general fitness clients and athletes. I have coached a guy who won 2 golds (Men's physique and bodybuiliding) and 2 silvers (Classic physique and Fit couple category) in India's biggest drug tested show (ICN India). 

 

My area of expertise: 

1] Can understand you and your physique from A-Z and can help you decide in which category you would fit in.

2] Understand your lifestyle and your stronger and weaker muscle group and can prepare the best ever plans for you.

3] Whichever category you play, I can make sure to teach you the unique posing flows for you.
