Hi! I’m Prasanna Goud, a certified Fitness & Nutrition Coach helping women take control of their health, build confidence, and transform both body & mind through sustainable lifestyle practices.

 

I specialise in PCOD / PCOS management, fat loss, strength training and habit building, guiding women to feel stronger, healthier and more connected to their bodies every single day. My approach is not about strict diets or endless cardio-it’s about education, balance, and creating a routine that supports hormonal health.

 

I help women manage PCOD naturally through personalised nutrition plans, smart training, stress reduction, and long-term lifestyle habits. Because transformation is deeper than inches and kilos… it’s about improving periods, sleep, energy levels, skin health and emotional well-being.
